BankID can now be used by everyone in Kundo Chat! Regardless if your visitors use mobile BankID or BankID on a computer, they can now identify themselves in a chat conversation.
Do you receive questions in you chat where you need to make sure you are talking to the right person before answering? Maybe you need to refer your customers to call you instead for some type of questions because of this? With our add-on to Kundo Chat you can now make sure your visitors identify themselves through BankID. The visitor can as easily as ever start a chat with you, but if it is needed you can ask them to identify themselves - directly in the chat conversation!
Now we have support for both mobile BankID and BankID on a computer (BankID on file). In addition, a QR-code is used for extra security when a visitor wants to use mobile BankID but has initiated the chat on another unit, for example a computer.
