Microsoft 365 - Send and receive e-mail via your own server

We have now made it possible for those of you who use Microsoft 365 to manage e-mail in Kundo via your own server!For outgoing e-mail, we currently support both Microsoft 365 and SMTP, in addition to the possibility of Kundo delivering your mail. With this, those of you who want a higher level of control over your e-mail deliveries, or for policy reasons, can choose to manage this according to your own wishes in Kundo.

Also incoming mail can now be handled through Microsoft 365. Unlike our standard solution where e-mails are forwarded to Kundo, this solution is based on Kundo retrieving newly received mail via Microsoft's so-called Graph API. For those of you with your e-mail managed by Microsoft 365, this means that you can avoid policy exceptions for forwarding e-mails outside the organization.

It also means that you now have the opportunity to control the size limitations of attachments yourself, something that we know has been requested by many. In addition, for companies with existing policies that include the forwarding of information, this can ensure a quick start-up without time-consuming internal processes.

Furthermore, all spam handling is done by you, which means that you never have to think about that question at all when you choose Kundo as a supplier.
