Become the source AI cites

AI search engines like Google and ChatGPT already answer questions about your company, using whatever happens to be public. With published, structured content, you shape what they say about you.

Make your answers readable for AI

Turn your published answers into the material AI uses as a source.

Control what's said about you

Publish your own answers instead of letting ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews guess.

Build the foundation for your own AI

Create the raw material today that your own AI features will rely on tomorrow.

Search has moved. Has your content followed?

58%

Lower click-through rate on top-ranking content since Google's AI Overviews (Ahrefs).

37%

Of consumers start their search in an AI tool instead of on Google (Eight Oh Two, 2026).

27%

Of brands have already been misrepresented in AI-generated answers (Fractl / Search Engine Land, 2026).

AI takes its answers from what is openly published on the web. If your answers sit in your inbox, AI can't see them.

"We no longer have to make up questions and answers. The content is driven by what our customers actually ask. That makes it so much easier."

Frequently asked questions about Agentic Help Center:

What is an Agentic Help Center?

An Agentic Help Center is a help center built to be read by both people and AI. The content is published in a structured way, so customers can search it, AI search engines can cite it and your own AI can answer from it. Kundo's Agentic Help Center is part of Kundo Reach, together with AI Chat and AI Forms.

How is it different from a regular help center?

A regular help center is a collection of articles that someone maintains on the side of their daily work. In Kundo's Agentic Help Center, articles are published straight from resolved tickets, the content is structured so AI can read it, and the right form sits in the right place in the journey. You see the difference in how much content actually gets published, not just in how the page looks.

How does a customer ticket become an article?

The agent replies to the customer in Kundo Workspace as usual, then publishes the answer as an article in one click. Content can be reviewed before it goes live, so the right person approves the wording. The whole team can publish, which turns your entire ticket volume into a source of content instead of relying on a few selected writers.

How does it affect what ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews say about us?

AI search engines take their answers from openly published material. If you have no published answers of your own, they use whatever happens to be out there, and 27 percent of brands have already been misrepresented in AI-generated answers (Fractl, 2026). An Agentic Help Center makes your own answers the material AI has to go on.

Does it work behind a login?

Yes. Content and service journeys can be restricted by permissions, so members and logged-in customers see what applies to them. The AI search argument doesn't apply there, since the content isn't public. What you get instead is modern self-service for members and a ready foundation for your organization's own AI.

What happens when the article isn't enough?

The customer meets an AI form right there instead of a dead end. The form often answers directly from the same knowledge, and whatever still gets submitted becomes a complete ticket with the right team. That way, customers never end up on the right page without knowing where to turn.

How do we keep the content up to date?

Outdated articles are archived instead of deleted, so you keep the history while answers are based on what applies now. This is a quality issue with a direct link to AI: outdated content is exactly what an AI would otherwise give wrong answers from. Chat statistics and AI feedback also show which questions are missing a good published answer.

How long does it take to get started?

Two to six weeks to go live, depending on scope, without a dedicated platform admin. Companies that already have a help center or an FAQ don't start from zero, since existing content can be moved over. After that, the content grows as your team publishes answers from the tickets you already handle.
