Kundo's knowledge bank is a place where you can collect information and knowledge about your business and make it searchable and easily accessible both for internal and external stakeholders.

The knowledge bank has a variety of uses that aim in different ways to have available answers to common and uncommon questions, as well as guides for e.g. training and skill development.

  • You can offer good customer service and fast responses around the clock
  • You make the information easily accessible via, for example, your website or intranet
  • The onboarding and skill development of employees is facilitated by making knowledge available that would otherwise have remained with individuals
  • You reduce the workload for the individual employees by allowing them to quickly find relevant information. The knowledge bank is e.g. searchable directly in the email client.
  • You reduce the number of recurring questions by making the information easily accessible to visitors via your website

In order for you to benefit even more from the knowledge bank, we have now further improved and clarified the insights you can get!

Page views over time
Now you can quickly and easily get an overview of how the total number of page views in your knowledge banks changes over time. In this way, you can gain insights into when your visitors are most active in the search for answers to their questions - both per day, week and month but also per hour! Is it perhaps the case that your visitors are mainly active in the afternoons? That can give you inspiration for when you should publish content on your website to maximize the impact!

Most viewed guides
In order for you to better understand which of your guides have the most number of page views, we have now launched a top 100 list of the most viewed guides!

This can give you insight into which topics are the most searched for and give you incentives to improve the information related to it. Our fifth most read guide is, for example, how to forward e-mails to Kundo with Microsoft 365. It gave us an understanding that it is something our customers find a bit complicated, which gave us a reason to clarify it.
