Have you ever thought about why you need to manually update the Kundo dashboard every time a new event has occurred or a new ticket has come in? We really understand that you have wondered, but you don't have to think about it anymore as we now make sure that the dashboard updates automatically when new events happen!

The events that now update the dashboard automatically are -

  • New tickets
  • Assigns 
  • Tags
  • Comments
  • Changed priorities
  • "No response required" 
  • Date for follow-up

You don't have to worry about the list of tickets moving around while you, for example, handle multiple cases at once. We have paused the update in certain views so you can work undisturbed.

We have also made sure the dashboard updates once every 15 seconds when an event has happened to make sure you won't be bothered by things moving around on your screen all the time - especially if you have lots of cases and many colleagues using Kundo simultaneously.
