The need of working in many different tools and services to understand the customer’s history with the company is one of the main challenges for customer support teams. One way of making it easier to get an overall picture of the customer is to integrate data and information between the services.  

That is why we have built an integration with Emarsys, an omnichannel marketing software. In this case, the integration enables companies to get overall customer information from both Kundo and Emarsys presented in Kundo. In that way it becomes much easier to effectively reply correctly on incoming tickets.
