Kundo integrates the call log with Telia-owned Phonero

We are now taking the next step in our phone offering by integrating with one of the largest operators for businesses in the Nordics - Phonero! With over 200,000 users, Phonero has been part of Telia Group since 2017. Telia bought the company to strengthen their position in the Nordic business market. Phonero's main target group are small and medium-sized companies, but they also have a strong position in the public sector.

The phone is still one of the most common contact routes to customer service, but also the most difficult to handle according to our report Customer Service in the Nordics 2022.

One of the big challenges is that it is easy to measure volume of calls and how long they last, but a lot more difficult to gain an understanding of what actually takes time. What types of cases require longer processing than others? Which questions are recurring? Is there anything we can change to reduce the number of time-consuming calls?

A good way to get invaluable insights into what the calls to customer service actually are about is to use Kundo's call log. It makes it easy to note, tag, assign and set a date for follow-up, if needed. You can also use popular functions such as "pinging" your colleagues into the conversation or Ask for help if the person you need help from isn’t a Kundo user.

The integration with Phonero makes it even easier to log all calls in the call log as it opens automatically as soon as you answer the phone. Both the phone number of the caller and the time the call took place is pre-filled, and you'll also get insight in previous conversations you’ve had with the caller in other channels such as email or chat. If you don't want to take notes during the call, a draft is saved that you can handle at a later time.

To be able to use the integration, you need to have Kundo's call log and be a Phonero customer with access to their API.
